Your local brew show will carry a few kinds of yeast nutrient, like Fermaid. You can also make a yeast starter a day or two before making your wine. Warmer temperatures make fermentation faster, but it can also lead to unwanted flavors. Really, though, you should just be patient. Usually the longer something ferments, the better it tastes.

Add yeast. you can buy it at any grocery store. It comes in packets like koolaid. Mix the content of the packet with warm water and put it in your wine mix. you can ferment wine in as little as two days with yeast.
