Posted by: Trid on 2006-11-14, 07:16:33 It all depends on what you're fermenting. Ale? Low 70's (degrees F) Cider? High 60's Lager? Mid 50's And all of them should be kept dark, though without hops it makes less of a difference. Hops reacts very poorly with light...that's where your skunkiness comes from. |
